Keith Gravois has been doing
electrical work since 1983. In 1987 he received his Associates Degree
from Delgado College in New Orleans, LA. In the same year he earned his
Master's License. After working in the field with several companies, he
gained experience, knowledge and the confidence needed to opened Gulf
South Electric in 1992. Seven years later, in 1999 he was recruited to
take over all areas of management for a local electric company. In the 9
years he was employed with this company, he was responsible for its
continued success and strong growth. In 2008 his desire for independence
and a drive for a more comprehensive company drove him to reopened Gulf
South Electric LLC. His vision for the future need of renewable energy
enticed him to undergo intense training to become certified in Solar
Power Installation.
One of his many strengths is his managerial skills and
strong practical foundation and understanding of the industry. He is
quick to understand the intricate needs of contractors and industrial
plants. He is a problem solver and inventor of ways that relieve and
ease those little annoying quirks not thought of ahead of time.
He enjoys the reputation as a reliable electrical
contractor. This reputation was built on years of experience and
performance.
Keith Gravois achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in
scouting, in 1978 and is currently the Scout Master of a local scout
troop. His interests include fishing, hunting, photography and family
life.

EMPLOYEES
Rex Archer received
an Associates Degree of Applied Science from DeVry Institute of
Technology. He went on to
serve his country in the 82nd Airborne in the United States Army. This
is where he gained his experience as an electrician.
His professional experience started in 2001
Rex Archer oversees all aspects of construction in the
field while managing the crews with the utmost professionalism. He is
knowledgeable and confident in his position and his moral principals are
surpassed by none. Employees must pass a thorough background check
before being hired and are required to undergo random drug screening. The safety program which has been implemented only enhances the quality
workmanship which is offered.
Rex Archer achieved the rank
of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in scouting, in 1993 with Troop 857 of
Woodbridge, VA.
Rex enjoys cooking and
is exceptional in the culinary arts. He often prepares delicious meals
for other families. Rex also shares an interest in fishing and boating;
and he loves spending time with his wife and young son.

BUSINESS OFFICE
All
Administrative and Bookkeeping duties are handled at the office by
Stephanie Gravois Badinger.
Prior to her
joining the electrical industry, she worked for a local Orthopedic
Surgeon for over 18 years. Following Hurricane Katrina, a career change
was inevitable. Stephanie began working with her brother, Keith Gravois;
a Master Electrician and Electrical Contractor.
From 2003-2006
she was enrolled in numerous courses at Nunez Community College. Among
these, were basic electrical theory and construction classes. She uses
her managerial skills and business experiences along with her basic
electrical knowledge to maintain an efficient system of records keeping
and accounting.
Stephanie is married
and has 3 children. Her leisure time is spent enjoying her
grandchildren and mentoring children through St. Tammany Parish School
Board Partners in Education. She and her husband are avid followers of the NASCAR
circuit and attend the races at Talladega every year. She also loves
fishing with her brothers.
Office hours are Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All major credit cards, as well as, checks and
cash are accepted.
